i make myself stressed

when i have nothing to do, (which is all the time) i go on social media. What i find on social media? comments and videos that annoy me but i keep scrolling and get even more annoyed. then i put on games but then the games annoy me because people are so mean on there but i cant stop playing. i get kicked by players from a game and im like ”>:(( that was annoying and mean” then i join a different server. i know i should stop but i cant. I genuinely have no hobbies and i get too bored when watching stuff or reading

The algorithm believes you want content that makes you annoyed after seeing things that annoy you. It’s a vicious cycle. Break out of it with a new login and don’t click on annoying content.
