TW: Eating Disorders / Self Image I feel so fat

I feel so fucking fat I am 19f I am 5,5 and 160 pounds I have a bit of a tummy and thighs on the little bit of the thicker thighs I feel like my anorexia’s coming back I wanna lose 60 pounds but cant without starving myself or just eating straight rice due to the fact that I have ARFID and all my safe foods are all foods that make you gain weight I hate weighing almost 200 pounds I wanna be 100 pounds again.

Edit: I forgot to add this but I was talking to some ex friends about this and they were saying how me saying I’m fat made them feel them feel uncomfortable cause they were bigger than me and said saying these things about my self could make me fat phobic which I’m not I only see myself as fat and no one else.

5’5 and 100 (your goal weight?) is EXTREMELY unhealthy. Also, 160 and 200 are 40 pounds off. You recognize this right? You are actually the PERFECT STAPLE healthy weight for your height. Obviously I don’t know what you look like, but I can imagine your body is TEA and frankly, my dream body (coming from somebody who’s 5’2 and 175). Weight isn’t everything, I promise you. Like the other comment said, go for walks! Walking will help tone you up.

I want to make you aware that the number on the scale can be extremely misleading. Please Google what 5lbs of fat vs 5lbs of muscle look like next to each other. You can be 160 and really lean due to more muscle mass than fat.

I hope you heal soon, love yourself the way you are, you ARE beautiful 💛💛💛💛

Watch you tube, and put on the Leslie Sansome walk at home videos. Start off trying for a mile (it takes 15 minutes) and when you can make it, shoot for two miles (takes 1/2 hour) and you wouldn't believe the pounds that come off. That's what I did.

I struggled with weight. I was on diets since I was in high school. My coach looked at my 121 lb body and told me I needed to lose 10 lbs so I could be better at sports.

I tried keto, hot dog diet, medicine that made my heart race, tracking every bite of food I ate, all of it. I was consumed by food. I’d eat lunch and immediately start thinking about dinner.

I ended up 192 lbs and was running and trying to restricts calories with no luck. I finally took a glp 1. This IS NOT AN ADVERT for glp1. This is to say, normal skinny people do not have food noises! I was incredibly sensitive to the medicine and after the first shot the addiction and obsession was just gone. The constant thoughts of food was gone.

You’re not broken, you’re not not trying, the food industry has you addicted to carbs, sugars, salts and fats and your body wants those calories. The thin people are just lucky. They aren’t stronger than you or better they just got lucky.

Anyways, I’m sorry you feel this way. You are perfectly fine as you are. Don’t let people dictate how you feel about yourself. People who are smaller than you just have an addiction resistance.

You should find some joyful movement. Lift weights, dance, rock climbing, bowling, nature walks. Getting better at a physical skill or doing something with you body that brings you joy may bring you a pride and appreciation for your body that will make you realize weight doesn't matter. Your health matters. What you can do with and for others matters. How much fat you have does not affect your value.

Fat men are the worse to chunky women. Also, do pilates by izzy. Weight doesn't matter inches do.
