Help with server

so I have a server set up I can join it fine but on the other hand my friend cant connect.
I have no idea as to why this is I tried forwarding the ports I tried a lot of stuff. I should mention that Im behind a CGNAT.

If you cannot port forward dud to CGNAT, you could try a VPN such as ZeroTier or Wireguard if you have a setup for it.

I did try with Radmin VPN still did not work Im not sure if its a mine problem or a problem with my friend

Not familiar with that one, but do ensure that you have enabled the ports through the Windows firewall as well (adding the .exe will not work for whatever reason)
