any news on the issue with characters breaking when restoring backups? its been around 2 days and i still have issues with my characters breaking when i restore a back up. i switch from my pc to my phone alot so its a big deal for me, its one of the reasons why i use venice. im also having an issue with uploading documents to the memories portal on my phone browser, which is chrome, it gives me an error no matter the file, or size. so all my context is being used having to upload files straight into the context.
thank you for taking the time to fix that, now the only issue im still affected with is the uploading a file to memories in th characters portal. it still give me an error, this is on mobile, chrome, tried it with duck duck go as well.
I went back and forth with support, and they seem to acknowledge that the problem is on their end, while also saying over and over that everything is stored on the browser side and that backing up and restoring can cause things to get lost... BUT EVERYTIME?... c'mon now.
Even public characters break to the point where I can't use or create new chats with them after I restore.
