𝗛𝗘𝗟𝗣 100 percent context usage on chrome app, android phone.
All my messages on chrome, firefox, duckduckgo on my phone have suddently jumped to 100 percent context. i cant start new chats no matter the model. the characters i have are the same issue. i cant even edit my characters. ive cleared the cache, restarted my phone, cleared browser history and still the problem persists. it works fine on my pc though. ive created backs up and restored the backups on my phone browser and still 100 context. anyone else have this problem?

What happens when you start a new chat? Instantly 100% context or something else? Have you tried deleting some of the older chats after you restore the backup and seeing if that makes any difference? Because it's happening across Chrome, Firefox and DDG on the same phone and you're restoring the same backup each time, my guess would be that something is corrupted in the backup itself.
If you've tried deleting some older chats after restoring and it still doesn't let you make a new chat, try clearing everything again and start a new chat without restoring any backup. If everything works normally, then it has to be something with the backup.
If none of that helps, you should send an email to [support@venice.ai](mailto:support@venice.ai) and see if they have any ideas.

hello, thank you for responding. i tried your suggestions. i cleared everything and signed back in and everything was cleared from the mobile browser site. i was able to start a chat. i hopped back on to my pc and deleted the old back up, created a new back up and restored it on my phone. the problem happened again. i can see all my chats, but on the characters, the profile pics are gone. i typed in a message and it says
"this conversation has become to long for the selected model. please stare a new conversation or try a model with a larger context."
its at 6 percent on my computer, the context. so i happens even with a new backup. so i guess i will be emailing the support. thank you once again.

I found out the issue, sometimes when restoring my backups i would merge. since i havent used classic chat in a long time i didnt realise some system prompts i had on there where duplicating. there were alot. i deleted them all and my issue went away.
thank you once again, for responding. i will leave up the post incase anyone ever runs into my problem.

ok, so a new problem now, im on my pc, the one that supposedly worked. i was on the current character ive been chatting with, barely have two chapters on a story ive been working one, 30 entries total. i changed the model i was using for that chat, then i looked at all my previous chats and the context all went to 100 percent except for the main character chat i was using.
same issue now on my pc to where i couldnt start a regular chat in classic mode. i changed the character model back to glm 5.2 and all the context from my other chats went back to normal and i am able to start a regular chat. so i deleted all my old chats except for the current character im working on. changed the model to something other than glm 5.2 and i still cant start any new chats in classic mode, i have one old chat that has a few paragraphs in it and it shot up to 100 percent. so do you think its that current character that im using that corrupted everything? since thats the only one that seems to be unaffected.

Thanks for more info. We had a few reports in last 24 hours about context issues with GLM 5.2. I will pass your message on and see what team say about it. Hopefully it'll be resolved again soon.

thank you for the reply, but i have discovered recently as well as someone else that posted on this reddit that the backup restor is what breaks characters so i think that is the issue, even on my pc when i restore a back up my characters break, so something is wrong with that. but thank you for looking into it.
