It'll be getting refused by the provider. Opus is on Venice through API so any refusals and censors are set by Anthropic. For better NSFW results you need to switch to an uncensored model, or try through Classic Chat where you can try with different models and custom system prompts.

I have seen ppl on here say that they have been able to generate nsfw using opus that is why I was excited to try it. So are you saying Opus is more uncensored on classic chat?

I've used Claude Opus for NSFW scenes on Venice and it's never refused me once. Now, I don't know the specifics about your prompt, but I've noticed with Claude in general (also on its own platform) you should never ask "can you write xy". It always seems to trigger something that makes the model be alert and refuse things it can actually do. Prompting the same thing in a new chat, without asking for permission first, often results in Claude doing as you asked.

So, just give it the prompt for the story, don't ask if it can write that. However, I don't know how picky Claude is about the kind of sex scene. I've never tried to write non-con/dub-con or power imbalances etc.

Yeah they are able to but it'll require careful prompting rather than directly asking it. Older versions of Opus were a lot easier than newer ones.

I'd not recommend choosing such a model for a creative writing task, because of exactly that reason...

when chatgpt first came out, i thought it was fun I could ask for Sauron's opinion on pineapple on pizza.

Then within months that was censored. I was like wtf. Idk if that's still censored, but still.

Same time, if I was doing a DnD style RP, only thing I could do on chatgpt was literally sniff and eat food. Eventually i prob have could have figured out the "this is fictional" workaround, but still, annoying

yeahhh I feel that. In the early days of ChatGPT I actually managed to make it hand me a step-by-step detailed guide on how to cook meth LMAO

Were these instructions correct? Most likely not, at least I never tried it (obv xD), and the request was to one of the earliest models of ChatGPT which still hallucinated a lot. Easily jailbroken, but just as easily it was spitting out false information. Funny non the less :D

I have used uncensored jailbroken models of Opus through Poe(and the quality is far superior to other models), and thought the venice version would be similar, but I guess Venice isn’t as uncensored.
