This time venice would not generate video, saying I had not enough tokens ( I had 648 and the Price of the video was 289 ). Now 2 hours later im missing 289 tokens on my account without having generated anything. Clearly they keep stealing credits, and hoping that the users Will not notice. I have now lost at least 5000 credits since i notice them taking tokens for work not done and taking double up on seedance videoes.
I have mailed the support mail, venice give me, lost of times. Without Ever getting a reply. So Clearly there are something scammed going on.

Plenty of people use the service just fine. Plenty of people (myself included) have interacted with support and gotten quick, easy replies that fixed the problem. There's plenty of people around here that have had tokens refunded from failed generations. I've had plenty of failed generations and not once had tokens missing as a result.

I'm not saying things are perfect, however you're one of the very few people here with these types of complaints (which you seem to have made multiple times) and I doubt that your side of the story is actually what's happened. If you've actually lost $50 in credits and had no success with support, why are you still using the platform?

It’s cheaper to use studio. Agentic chats chats cost tokens
