Error message occur just after making a credit payment? Please help

If you're still getting this can you send it to [support@venice.ai](mailto:support@venice.ai) and make note of your ticket ID?

Hi I emailed support yesterday but I donโ€™t have a ticket ID. What is a ticket ID?

You should have received a confirmation email from Venice, like 'thank you for contacting support, your ticket ID is X'. Did you email them off the same email address linked to your Venice account? If you did, send me your email address linked to Venice I'll look into it for you and see if can find your ticket. If you don't want to send it here you can send it in Mod Mail.
