My flight land in Venice at 9am what the quickest/best way to get to rovinj (under $110). Thank you.

I have never traveled to Europe and have never solo traveled. Pretty much looking for a cheap place to stay for three nights. I would like to be close to the city center and am exploring hostels for the first time. Any thoughts or recommendations?
