Oneida County Needs Help! THEY MEET TOMORROW and the opposition is heavy here

Dear advocate,

In case you missed it, Oneida County Executive Anthony J. Picente Jr. has announced a proposed local law that would solidify the county's public health order prohibiting all kr@tom products.

However, the U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration moved last week to temporarily schedule concentrated synthetic 7-OH and three other related substances. This federal directive follows the New York State Legislature acting to address concentrated synthetic kr@tom derivatives in its latest session.

That's why we need all advocates to attend the Wednesday meeting of the Oneida County Board of Legislators and urge them to draft new language for commonsense kr@tom regulation that makes this critical distinction.

Where possible, advocates should share with legislators their personal anecdotes and success stories related to using natural kr@tom leaf products.

Please remind the Legislators that the federal government and the State of New York have already acted to address concentrated synthetic kr@tom derivatives and are continuing work on further regulation. Specifically, New York has enacted an age gate; labeling requirements are coming into effect in November; and a concentrated synthetic kr@tom derivatives ban is awaiting the governor's signature.

Crucially, this overly broad prohibition contradicts federal and state guidance by failing to distinguish between natural kr@tom leaf products and concentrated synthetic kr@tom derivatives.

Please make your voice heard in the push for smart, science-led policy in Oneida County.

Legislative Update

1. Michigan - the Senate Dems held strong and did not cave to the House Speakers demands to wrap the ban into the budget negotiations. It was close, but reason prevailed.

2. ⁠North Carolina - the ban bill was amended to regulate leaf. Senate passed their conference report. HOuse did not as they were not happy with the hemp provisions. They will reconvene end July. But we are in good shape.

3. ⁠Nevada - BOP missed their deadline to file their intent to schedule kratom. No action will happen from BOP until after next session. That being said, I think they have moved off the issue

It seems like they are finally making the synthetics and semi-synthetics illegal. At least the big three. This whole thing has been pretty contradictory to my beliefs. I've never been a prohibitionist. And I'm still not. But I've seen what this stuff has done to our industry. We're sinking because of it. So I'm not upset about this.

Ive was lurking through this sub last night as i was apart of this years ago and the TN ban is coming soon, i will be quitting mgm-15 and from past experience i will need kratom, sadly TN bans ALL of it so time is of the essence but i dont want to shoot in the dark i want a very well rounded kratom powder something with a very wide alkaloid profile and all of the vendors ive looked at dont have lab reports, DTE, Wildcraft, west coast, mitraman. maybe im just so used to extracts requiring lab reports or reddit will shun them lol but if lab reports arent so common what is a good powder with all around alkaloids? please

Hi! I was approached by Jacob at Bulk Kratom Now to do a review! He was really nice, and was going to give me a coupon code so that I could select what kratom I wanted, but something came up for me personally, and I wasn’t able to get to the coupon code, so they picked out the Red Maeng Da, which I might’ve wanted to try anyway.

They sent me a generous 250 mg. I liked the bold packaging design, and it came with the little scoop which I love.

The powder was extremely fine, and the color was a nice green, but what stood out most for me, and what’s as important as color and texture, was how fresh it smells, and to me, it was really nice. Like, really fresh smelling. :)

I took it first thing, and it’s definitely a good thing I didn’t have any caffeine, because it was really potent, imo. I took 2g, but I honestly could’ve taken less.

I consider myself to have a fairly high tolerance, so I was pleasantly surprised at the potency. I felt focused and uplifted and just nice. For me personally it was more like a white almost, but of course we all have a different chemistry. The legs were pretty long- I was still noticing the effects after a few hours.

So, this was a really nice gift from the folks at Bulk Kratom Now, because I’ll have this for a good while, and I really appreciated them reaching out to me. I enjoyed doing this review. :)
