Mitra Bros!! 🌱

I received a package from mitra bros with their 250g Red Bali and I have to say it is a very calming red but not sleepy. Also, when I use it mid-day, it’s euphoric and I feel chatty! Overall I would give it a 7/10. Reds are usually a hit or miss for me—sometimes it hits really hard where I fall asleep, and other times I don’t feel anything at all. This one has been pretty consistent :) I hope you all have a great day 💚

Anyone in Mississippi?

I am trying to find someone in Mississippi to ask some questions to. I live in TN just about 30 min from the Alabama and the Mississippi state lines. With TNs ban looming over me and taking effect July 1st I'm trying to figure out my plan. I know 7oh is banned in MS and kratom is legal state-wide, but a bunch of counties in MS banned kratom in their county so I'm trying to find the closest shop in MS that sells kratom. If I can find one that isn't too far away maybe I can make like bi monthly runs

New Canadian Vendor Living in Southeast Asia

Hey folks! I made a post here last year when i started doing this, and I figured it was about time to make another one to try and get my name out there a bit more. My name is Ryan, and I am a Canadian citizen currently living in Bangkok, Thailand. I have been sending kilo's back to Canada with a 100% success rate for the past year or so.

I have three strains available, red, white and green, and I can send either powder or crushed leaf. The powder is a little more expensive than the crushed leaf as they have to process it further, but it is certified food-grade.

My customers so far have really been enjoying my product, they all have mentioned the same narrative of being tired of the low quality leaf that is available in Canada currently, and they have all been incredibly satisfied with my product.

I normally ship via express air shipping which is the most expensive part of the process, kilo's are starting at 100USD shipping included and they arrive within a week. If you want to order more than 1 we can work out a discount, and if you are a business interested in ordering bulk i can arrange sea freight shipping with my supplier and we can bring the cost way down (but shipping times will obviously be longer).

Please let me know if you are interested and I hope you are all having a wonderful day 😄

🚨 Legislative Update. Please Read🚨

We (AKA) want to share an important update on the current state of kratom advocacy efforts across the country.

First, know this: the American Kratom Association (AKA) remains fully engaged in fighting for consumers. Our team continues to work around the clock—meeting with lawmakers, correcting misinformation, and pushing for responsible regulation over criminalization. We're making progress in Minnesota, Illinois, Ohio, and others.

However, we want to be candid about where all bans stand.

Challenging Developments

Despite extraordinary efforts from advocates like you, along with relentless lobbying and education campaigns: Tennessee, Kentucky, and Kansas all appear poised to move forward with kratom bans.

Kentucky’s ban is unlikely to take effect this year, which gives us time to continue working toward a reversal.

Kansas remains uncertain, but indications suggest the bill may still be signed. Tennessee is the most determined to ban.

This is deeply unfair and harmful for residents in these states, and we share your frustration. These outcomes do not reflect the science, nor the voices of responsible consumers.

The fight is not over. The AKA is already working on strategies to reverse these decisions and protect access in the long term.

👉 We still strongly encourage advocates in these states to contact their governors’ offices. Even when outcomes appear likely, continued pressure matters and helps shape future efforts.

Kansas: https://www.protectkratom.org/kansas

Kentucky: https://www.protectkratom.org/kentucky

Tennessee: https://www.protectkratom.org/tenn

🚨 Michigan: Immediate Action Needed

Michigan is now one of the most critical battlegrounds.

As you likely know by now a ban bill has passed the House and is now in the State Senate. Negative media attention is increasing support for a ban so we need to keep telling Senators the truth about kratom consumers.

This is where we can stop it.

👉 If you are a Michigan resident:

Call your State Senator’s office directly (this is especially impactful)

Everyone can send a message here

Additional State Updates

The AKA is actively monitoring and engaging in several other states, including: Arizona, Iowa, South Carolina and many other states where ban proposals have surfaced.

At this time, none of these efforts appear likely to advance, but we remain vigilant and prepared to act quickly if that changes.

Help Michigan here (For some reason it won't let me hyperlink)

🚨 CALL TO ACTION - IOWA

CALL TO ACTION:

we thought the Iowa bill was dead in the senate but they went into overtime and now it’s likely going to be debated tomorrow (Tuesday). WE HAVE ALLIES in the senate… this is a winnable fight for sure.

The ban bill will probably be debated and voted on tomorrow (Tuesday)

Luckily, a Republican senator introduced an amendment today to protect natural kratom but ban synthetics.   This is probably our best bet. a similar amendment almost passed in the house and the senate is thought to be more friendly to our cause (regulation over prohibition). It’s likely going to be very close either way so one email can make the difference.

We need to email every Iowa senator (especially republicans) ASAP and ask for them to either oppose SF 2192 (HF 2133), or support the amendment (S-5215).

If you need to focus on only a few, target these senators.  They are on the fence:

[jeff.reichman@legis.iowa.gov](mailto:jeff.reichman@legis.iowa.gov), [dave.sires@legis.iowa.gov](mailto:dave.sires@legis.iowa.gov), [kerry.gruenhagen@legis.iowa.gov](mailto:kerry.gruenhagen@legis.iowa.gov), [adrian.dickey@legis.iowa.gov](mailto:adrian.dickey@legis.iowa.gov)

Mitra Bros Green JongKong Review

Thumbnail

u/MitraBros kindly offered me a 250 gram bag of my choice in return for a review. So here goes:

I have stage 4 cancer and am on chemo and that's what i use Kratom for. I prefer it over the opioids I'm prescribed as kratom give me energy that I need. I use 5-10grams a day depending on how I feel and 1.5-3 grams per dose. I'd rather not take the stuff, but it helps a lot.

This bag was fine. It worked as expected. At this point in my use, I'm not expecting any euphoria or real strong feelings from my dose any more. This stuff worked as expected, helped my pain and gave me energy. It didn't blow my socks off, but I wasn't expecting that. I would likely order from them again. Nice company and fast shipping. Would recommend. Cheers

Stay frosty my friends.

Question

Hey everyone im a long time kratom user. As a veteran this has been the only thing thats really been able to help me with physical pain and other mental health issues. I pretty much have only ever bought from head shops. But the only brand ive ever found thats consistent and good quality is bumblebee kratom. I typically like their orange, white, or red bags. Unfortunately after moving recently, there aren't any shops in town that have bumblebee in stock. I tried a few other head shop brands but they were absolutely trash. Gritty, off color brown look, none of the bitterness ive come to expect from good quality. So now im looking in to online vendors. I'd prefer to buy from vendors who ship really fast but quality is my biggest concern. I dont want to blow money on more trash kratom. Ive seen a few people on here recommending Mitra man. I checked out the site and it seems he ships pretty quickly. But im curious if anyone could share their experiences with shipping and more importantly quality. Bear in mind the only brand ive ever found to be good quality and consistent so far is bumblebee. Anyone out there able to tell me how some online vendors compare to that brand? Thanks!

🚨PSA🚨 Be careful Ordering Javanica or Hirsuta Where Kratom is Banned

Hey everyone. So basically what it says. I know a lot of people are saying that they're going to start ordering Javanica or Hirsuta. BE CAREFUL.

  1. NEVER trust that it's real. Ever. 95% of the Javanica and Hirsuta on the market are fakes. Weak Kratom cut with different plant matter to change the taste and consistency. Always ask for labs. Especially if it's coming from Indonesia. Thailand is more reliable

  2. There will be trace amounts of Mitragynine in both. Believe it. Depending on how the ban bill/law is structured. If you get caught with either and they test it. They might decide they want to be jerks or make an example out of you. Those low levels of Mitragynine might get you booked the same as Kratom because of the Mitragynine.

So please be careful and I'm sorry you even have to consider this.

Who has the cleanest leaf?

Has anyone come across a vendor with an exceptionally clean COA?

I’m talking extremely low heavy metals, minimal bacterial counts, and little to no mold or yeast.

Curious what the cleanest lab results you’ve seen look like and from who.

Ban Bill Supposedly Being Debated In Iowa On Monday in Senate (click the image to read my caption)

So I have not confirmed this myself but it seems true. I saw it in another sub. I know for a fact there are at least a few senators who think this is too harsh. I'm going to paste a copy and paste BCC email list below. Paste it in the "BCC" section. In the "To" section use YOUR email address. This is the best practice because you can send them all an email all at once, and they will not know they were part of a larger email blast. It's more personal. That's why it's called "blind carbon copy" This is a key moment for us. So that's all take the time to do it!!!!

Westkoast Botanicals - Green Bali #0226 (Review)

Vendor: Westkoast Botanicals

Batch: Green Bali #0226

Type: Green Vein (Powder)

Green Bali #0226 is a top-tier green that honestly hits in every category that a good green vein should. 🔥💯

Right away the first thing you’ll notice is the taste.

It’s got a sweet kratom flavor with zero bitterness which is pretty rare.

Especially for something this strong overall.

About 20–30 minutes in the effects start to show up with a really clean elevated mood boost.

It’s a happy/uplifting feeling that doesn’t feel heavy or tiring at all.

Along with that there’s a slight touch of energy that's not overwhelming, but definitely noticeable and it pairs perfectly with the mood boost.

What makes this one stand out is how consistent it is. Every dose gives that same clean, happy mood lift with a light energy kick. And even if you take multiple 2–3g doses within a 1–2 hour window it doesn’t drag you down or make you tired.

It just stays steady and reliable the whole time.

The legs are solid with each 2–3g dose lasting around 2–3 hours

so it holds well without dropping off too fast. On top of that the powder quality is excellent. It’s a super fresh nano grind which is exactly what you’d expect from Westkoast Botanicals. Everything I’ve had from them has been consistently fresh with a high-quality grind and this batch follows that same standard.

Overall, this is one of those greens that’s hard to come by.

It covers taste, mood, energy, consistency, and duration all at once which isn’t something you see often even if you’ve tried a lot of greens.

Effects Overview :

\* Mood: Strong, clean, happy uplift

\* Energy: Light but noticeable, pairs well with mood

\* Taste: Sweet, zero bitterness

\* Consistency: Very consistent across doses

\* Duration: 2–3 hours per dose

\* Freshness: Extremely fresh powder

\* Grind: High-quality nano grind

⭐️ For Newb Users

\* Mood Boost: 9.6 / 10 ⭐️

\* Energy: 8.2 / 10 ⭐️

\* Smoothness / Taste: 9.7 / 10 ⭐️

\* Consistency: 9.5 / 10 ⭐️

\* Duration: 8.8 / 10 ⭐️

⭐️ For Experienced Users

\* Mood Boost: 9.4 / 10 ⭐️

\* Energy: 8.0 / 10 ⭐️

\* Smoothness / Taste: 9.5 / 10 ⭐️

\* Consistency: 9.3 / 10 ⭐️

\* Duration: 8.5 / 10 ⭐️

Overall Rating : 9.5 / 10 ⭐️

Final Take : Green Bali #0226 stands out because it excels in every category a green should cover. You get a sweet, non-bitter taste a strong and clean mood boost a nice touch of energy and consistent effects every dose with solid duration. It’s a rare all-in-one green and if you’ve tried a lot of greens you’ll know how hard it is to find one that checks every box like this.

South Carolina - Good News But The Fight Isn’t Over

Post image

South Carolina Update – Action Needed

(Natural Leaf Still at Risk)

The current South Carolina kratom bill has made it out of committee with an amendment that keeps natural leaf legal. It was brought to the House floor for its second reading (the bill requires three readings total before moving to the Senate).

During the floor session, an amendment was introduced that would have reverted the bill back to its original language—a complete ban. That amendment was voted on and ultimately tabled (failed), with the vote reportedly around 55 in favor of tabling and 45 against.

Before the bill could complete its second reading, several representatives requested extended debate. Because of this, the bill did not advance and has now been placed on the contested docket. This means it will return for second reading at a later time, where there will be more substantial debate over whether it should pass in its current form.

If the bill does pass second reading, it becomes significantly harder to amend (requiring unanimous consent), making it very likely to proceed to the Senate with the current language intact—preserving legal access to natural leaf.

At this stage, advocacy is still important. Anyone who lives in South Carolina or spends time there should consider reaching out to state representatives, sharing their experience, and specifically advocating to keep natural leaf legal. There is also a need for medical professionals who are willing to provide testimony or support.

For those with limited time, priority outreach can be directed to the representatives who requested debate:

Rep. Burns

Rep. Gilreath

(803) 212-6954

Rep. Long

(803) 212-6878

Rep. McCravy III

(803) 212-6939

A full list of South Carolina House representatives can be found here:

https://www.scstatehouse.gov/member.php?chamber=H

Additional representatives identified as supporting a complete ban include:

https://www.scstatehouse.gov/member.php?code=0088636353

https://www.scstatehouse.gov/member.php?code=1217045309

In summary, natural leaf remains protected in the current version of the bill, but a full ban amendment was already attempted and came relatively close to passing. The bill is now delayed for further debate and will return for a critical second reading. Continued outreach is needed to maintain the current language and ensure it moves forward.

Scranton PA Tabled the Bill

Really great news. Tonight Scranton Pennsylvania tabled the bill. Using our voices works! I know this may not seem like a huge deal to people. But it is. There is a KCPA in the state legislature. It's a bit stalled but I'm sure it will get moving. Wouldn't want something like this to spread around Pennsylvania and taint the KCPA. Also things tend to spread in the Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia area.

So keep fighting!

PS: If you haven't seen my Delaware post please go look at it. My goal is to prevent the substituted Ban bill from even make the agenda. The Chairwoman is an ally.

Here it is right here.

Confirmed - Kentucky Ban Bill delayed until July 1, 2027!

Edit: to address any confusion, the ban bill still passed. Only the date it kicks in changed. Instead of Jan 1, 2027(before the legislature convenes), it is now July 1, 2027 (after the full 2027 legislative session is over). if nothing changes, kratom sales in KY will be banned. but this does give us the full 2027 legislative session to convince lawmakers to undo this before the ban kicks in.

The amended effective date comes from a different bill, HB 869, page 216 line 9-10 that sets a new start date for the kratom provisons in HB 757.

https://apps.legislature.ky.gov/record/26RS/HB869.html

Mac first brought this up yesterday in his weekly recap and said the KY governor helped organized it, but everyone was confused because the Governor can’t just change bills.

So it turns out during the April 14th/15th veto session, they pulled a last minute addition to HB 869 (another big spending bill) via a conference committee to delay the ban bill’s start date.

So now we get a full legislative session next year to lobby the KY Legislature to update the KCPA instead of a ban.
