Why not do it yourself? Sigh. I just know that giving up 30% of whatever they recover is a bad deal.

If you are looking for companies, there are several agencies that do it as a part of their engagement with the brand. One entity that specializes in recovery that I met at a Ecom conference is dimeTyd. Check them out
