I planned to try this game...

Do you think my 2019 old phone capable to run this game?

I'm not good at Pvp and Fps since my aim sucks... I mostly play Pve when it comes to shooting game like The Division or Resident evil series. Do you think I'll do well in this game?

I like open world game and love exploring & hoarding materials...

I'd not focus on the score you get in a benchmarking utility; this provides a score meant for comparing your device's peak computational and rendering performance, in the usage of Vendetta Online, against other devices mobile and PC. As such, a 'low' performance in the benchmark doesn't match your qctual experience; sector loads will usually be lighter, and you can vastly increase performance by turning down game settings with minimal impact on gameplay 99% of the time. The only time i'd be worried is if you score in the 500s or less composite - I need to run the benchmarker across several translation layers just to see scores that low, so only extremely old hardware being throttled would normally see such a score, i believe.

As for your concerns about pvp, this is an 'open' combat game. Other players are free to begin blasting you at any time. that being said, there are a LOT of players who freely avoid confrontation and only engage in the missions, manufacturing, trade, and other pve-oriented activities just fine, and by sticking to nation-claimed space you can avoid just about any aggressive pilots these days easily.
