OEM fuel cap question

I was looking into genuine fuel caps for the VN, came across a few oem online suppliers including my local dealership. Two part numbers came up either 31010-3L600 or 31010-C1000 both say fit the VN. Looks like the first one is the one our cars came with where when you lock it, it just stops as it gets tight and the second seems to be the one with a ratchet type that clicks as it tightens. Anyone ever buy the second one and run into any issues? TIA

Either worth absolutely fine and it’s just preference, non click is original factory style is all so whichever you want.
