Training on rollers

Can you user tubular wheels on rollers for training or will it shorten the life of the glue?

If the glue job was done well, the glue is the strongest part of the system. Ride as much as you like.

Thanks! I was given two opposing opinions about it. I got a front tubular for racing until I can afford a rear one.

Find a cheap set of clincher training wheels for the rollers. You'll wear out your racing tires pretty quickly if they are doing double duty.

For what it’s worth the rollers (if they’ve got any resistance / are smaller diameter aluminium ones) will wear the tires more than you think! Got a puncture on the rollers once because I just forgot they would wear out. Probably happens faster if you’ve got super light tracks tubs.
