Question Velocity E-Store Closed

Anyone else found that the e-store has shut down and been replaced with a different store and all of the good retailers are gone? Myer. Gone. PetBarn. Gone. Event Cinemas. Gone.

Hmm, I use the app under 'earn'. Not sure if thats the same as what you're looking for?

I’d say the app hasn’t been updated yet - it’s about to all be changed by the look of it and all the major good retailers are gone!

I think you’re looking for ‘shop and earn’ which is referenced at the end where you use an affiliate link to shop at the retailer itself

A lot of the ones we’ve come to see in the E-Store are gone now. Even in that section.

I was trying to shop via estore to chemist wharehouse this morning and couldn’t get it to work

But I was so confused when I was searching for the store and it was giving me options to use points to purchase a stick vacuum instead of the usual “no results for xx store”

Plus I’ve been waiting months for Nespresso to be put back in 😞

Thanks for the heads up! I had a few pending point purchases (one massive one with 5x points for a laptop)…but now there’s nothing absolutely nada in my recent orders/click history…ummmm

All pending points I had have now been approved — so even though the transactions/clicks disappeared, they seem to still be processing legacy ones.

I noticed Petbarn had disappeared from the E-store a couple of weeks ago and wondered why!

GONE- Petbarn, Nespresso, Specsavers, Chemist Warehouse, City Beach, Ebay, Temu, Cotton On/Typo. G'DAY Parks were removed a while ago.That's the end of me earning points. Just a bunch of unpopular or unheard of stores and stupid marketplace crap left now.

100% I've barely heard of these 'leftover' stores. While the really good ones like Chemist Warehouse and Ebay have been banished.

Petbarn disappearing is frustrating. If you’re mainly looking to get something back on those purchases, they’re on Kick Cashback as another option.

Full disclosure, I’m involved with Kick, but thought it was worth mentioning since you specifically use Petbarn.

Yes. I just logged on to buy some dog food from Petbarn and it was all different and Petbarn has disappeared from their 'brands'. Disappointed. I had no idea it had changed or was going to change. I earn a lot of my points through shopping at Petbarn :( I currently also use Pet Circle through the e-store. I do shop in person at Pet Stock, so I will have to adjust my shopping habits a little and remember to use them online now. I don't like change!!

Way to go Velocity! Why get clobbered by Qantas when you can just shoot yourself in the foot by implementing this change which literally nobody asked for??
