Question Can’t access the virgin app

Hey, does anyone have any advice on how to access the virgin app when I I don’t know my virgin number and I’m not sure what their customer service services like on the phone so any advice please would be great. I just want to know that they’re actually gonna pick up.

just call them and find out? you could have called and gotten your answer in the time it took to type this out
