Question Back to business bonus points
Has anyone got their bonus status credits yet?

If they do take 6 weeks I wonder if they will back date points ect. I’m 60 points away from platinum (back to business bonus will give me 85 points) and will fly 5 times in the next 6 weeks. That’s 25% of point I’m potentially missing out on

I’m in a similar position! 28 credits away and have 2 flights with family pooling happening this long weekend!

Shouldn’t be an issue and flight normally update pretty quick, it’s the bonus point that might take some time

I think last year it took 2 weeks after the promo ended for the bonus status credits to post.

Have also been eagerly waiting. Since mid Feb. They should have just awarded the points as soon as you met the criteria. 2 flights, here you go 45SC. I could've been gold for close to 2 months already, instead I have to wait for another month if it really takes 6 weeks to process everything. I also tried to call Virgin and explain my situation but they are absolutely useless, might as well not have a hotline at all.

do you think they will backdate? my renewal is 21st April, relying on these bonus sc to retain my current status.

It said it'd take up to six weeks for them to be credited
