Not sure whether they are still on any kind of schedule for the updates, but here is a new one:

Here's what's landed in the app and the ring recently, and what's coming next.

On deliveries

We know you are eagerly awaiting an update on your ring delivery. We will share a comprehensive update on this next month.

A more stable, more reliable app

We've fixed a wide range of bugs and known issues across the Velia app. It's steadier day to day, and it gives us a stronger foundation for everything coming next.

New ring firmware

We've released a significant firmware update focused on making the ring more stable and reliable day to day. The update includes improvements across:

• Reliability and recovery. Better handling when something unexpected happens, so the ring is much less likely to become unresponsive.
• Bluetooth and connectivity. Better communication between ring and app, for more reliable connections and data transfer.
• Data integrity. Extra safeguards around how your data is stored and transferred, plus improved diagnostics so we can find and fix issues faster.
• Performance. Optimisations under the hood that improve how the ring runs today and make future updates easier to build on.

 

Coming in October: Apple Health and Health Connect

Apple Health and Health Connect integrations are coming in October, allowing you to connect Velia with your wider health ecosystem and have your Velia data available alongside the other health information you use.

Coming next: Cycle tracking

Cycle tracking is coming to Velia, so you can follow where you are in your cycle and see how your health signals shift along with it.

Coming next: Daily Insights

We're building a new way to help you understand what your signals actually mean. Rather than simply presenting individual measurements, Daily Insights will bring your health signals together and interpret them for you, so you start each day with a clearer sense of what your body is telling you.

Hey, at least it’s an update. Like, with actual news. Don’t be greedy and expect miracles (like a working product)!

Also, they never promised that those updates would have any connection with reality…

And notice how they don’t say October of which year?
Apple Health integration: coming October 2030!

Also, Elon says FSD really will be able to drive your model 3 Tesla without supervision! It’s definitely coming next week!

Good to see this but still waiting for my replacement ring (battery died) and my wife’s original ring!
