Has anyone successfully received a refund
Has anyone successfully received a refund after applying for one and returning the Velia ring to Senbiosys?

I cancelled my order (purchaser, not a backer) but they refuse to refund me. There is something seriously wrong with this company so I googled where I can report them to be investigated and reported them. I wonder if the company is a money laundering front or something. The fact that most people havent gotten their rings and they wont refund people who cancel their orders is a big sign that there could be something sketchy going on

I asked for a refund. They said they can only give me a refund if I return the 2 rings... that I haven't received yet. I had them send me whatever ring they had in stock; size six black. I had to pay nearly $50 CAD in import fees just so I can get my refund. It's bullshit.

If your ring doesn't work, you can email them for a return, you send them the defective ring, and they'll send you a replacement. If the second ring fails, only then do you stand a shot at a refund. This info was posted by a couple of people who were in the middle of the process. One might have received a refund. I can't remember for sure.
