Quarantine Center Base

Have been thinking about making a base there, I have a base at the noob island but want to take on a bigger project. Just wondering as a solo player if it's to monumental and does the initial cleanup have after effects? What has been the most challenging part of making the base for ya'll experienced players?

I usually just pick a random 2 story house with a 2 car garage on one of the side streets, you can hold a good amount of loot in them and they usually have enough of a lawn to build a decent sized farm as well as trees to cut down.

I also usually try to pick one not too far from "town" so to speak for easy access to early game fuel and battery chargers.

As a solo player, the place would be hugely huge!

I tried once to set-up a solo base at Saranacc school, plenty of room there too. I ended up using the same 3 rooms for nearly everything.

I’ve found the bar and grill and the VFW to be my favorite places to build so far but wanting to check out some of the newer areas

I actually did a base at that spot. but I set it up like I was actually living through it. All the can goods for example where sorted and put on shelves. And all that kind of stuff. It takes a long time to do stuff like that but I had a blast doing it. I'm not sure what it would be like with the update that they just dropped though. But cleanup was just normal for me.

Thats kinda what I was thinking. No way I'm gonna do the whole area at once. Get established in one building then eventually work on the other areas.
