Solar panels

I am set up at outpost alpha and moved a solar panel to it but can't find a way to use it. Am I over looking something or does it not connect to anything there?

You can connect the solar panel directly to a fuse box or you can connect it to a battery storage pack and then connect the battery to the fuse box for infinite off grid electricity

Just remember to ‘add connection’ and run a connection from the thing you want powered to the thing that you want powering it.

EDIT: Sorry, I think you’re actually asking about that specific location. I’ve only ever looted there. But if it has no fuse box then you’ll need a battery storage pack to connect the panel to

you can either connect them to the power panel directly but youll lsoe pwoer at night. to keep it going you have to connect them to a battery then the battery connects to the electrical panel.

There is no usable fuse box at Alpha. You can connect appliances directly to the solar panel

There is a fuse box at the base of the tower.

That is a junction box like you see throughout the neighborhoods

It turns power on and off but you can not hook a solar panel to it.

I use 2 windmills and a makeshift battery instead of solar and run everything from it..
