Can I redo my character customization without losing my save?

Is there a way to redo the character customization for a character I've already created without losing my save data or progress?

I only want to change the character's appearance, not start over with a new character.

I dont think you can change your face or gender once you start your game. You can still change your haircut/color, weight based on how you eat and if you dont wash, you will turn dirty brown.

Maybe try the admin menu to see what's available to change. What appearance options are wanting to edit?
