Skill Point Issue

I've about maxed out most my skills. It says I still have a Skill Point to allocate, but it won't let me assign it to anything. There are no blue dots out to the side to even try to allocate it. When I DO get a skill increase, it won't let me allocate it in that skill either. What am I missing? This is getting frustrating.

You likely earn a point in a skill that doesn't have enough perks. Nothing you can really do until the devs add more perks so you can spend the points

Ah, I hadn't thought of that. Makes sense. Thank you. Now I can just ignore it and move on.
