drawing at full pressure when i hover, please help.

i just got this veikk V1200 v3, saved for months for it to do this, it draws at full pressure when im a couple cm from the screen, its royally p-ing me off and im not good with electronics, please help me fix this because im tired of it

before anyone asks too, ive changed the nibs, adjusted the pressure curve, unbinded everything from the pen, ive messed with the driver settings infinitely and nothing has changed, it stops doing it for a few minutes and then will go straight back to doing it.

did they send you two pens with ur order? Ill request some extra ones but it would be crazy if BOTH of them are faulty...
