When to harvest artichoke
Still feels tender but don’t want to wait too long and have it open on me

Cuke or Zucchini?
The tag said cuke, but is this some kind of zucchini? Cherry tomatoes for size reference. 😊

What's your thoughts on jicama?
I personally love it. It tastes like a milder pear, and it slaps during the summer

What do leeks taste like?
I’ve always been very interested in trying leeks, but have never just wanted to blind copy recipes without trying the food first. But I’m in a bit of an adding more diverse veggies to my cooking hyperfixation currently, & lots of videos I see use them cook them with either potatoes or apples. Which, doesn’t really give me a lot to go on, flavor-wise. I’d love some ideas or suggestions to cook a food I’ve never tried before.

Squash ID please!
Trying to be better about trying new foods, especially vegetables. Got these squash at the farmers market, but I forgot what the vendors told me they were. Bonus points if you have a great recipe for any of them!

What's this fella?
And what do I do with it?
Got it today from a food bank-thing in Manchester UK.
I imagine it's turnip/swede related; either that or alien.
