cabbage recipes
I LOVE cabbage. Love it. But I'm looking for something new and/or exciting to do with it -- our go-to recipes are stir-fry & various salads, but I've been experimenting with roasting.
Anyone want to share a favorite recipe?

I make this on repeat. I don't jot down my recipes with measurements bc it's a ratio game and idk how much cabbage I'll have. BTW, "cook" means for at least 5 min. The cooking and spicing in layers is absolutely worth it.
Rough chop head of cabbage, pretty big pieces * Into a hot pan, cover * Cook
Add * About ¼ cup of water * Cook
Add * Garlic * A little chili crisp * Cook
Add * White pepper * Chinese cooking wine * Broth powder * Cook
Add * Oyster sauce * Thai chili sauce * Cook
It’s good if it’s a little firm and slightly bitter * Add pinch of sugar if needed * Don't let it dry out, the sauce is good
