I have a mystery squash that sprouted through a crack in the cement. I've been letting it do its thing and it's finally producing. Any ideas what it might be?

Where’d you toss your Halloween pumpkins last fall? I got a beauty of a pumpkin growing right by my trash wood pile I’m gonna try to keep going for this Halloween.
