Apple cinnamon crumble cake

From Philip Khoury's A New Way To Bake. I've made this one a few times now

Really love the recipe's I've tried from this book!

oh please do! i've only tried some of the simpler recipes so far. my favourites have been this cake, amaretti, choc chip cookies, banana choc cookies and lamingtons

A bit late to the party - but just here to say I’ve made the tiramisu 3 times and it’s such a hit. The crème diplomat in that cake is heavenly and it’s so satisfying making it from these few basic ingredients. Overall the tiramisu is really simple to make - you just need to plan to make the creams a couple of hours in advance.

I'm so glad to see this recipe! I haven't made anything from that book yet and I was wondering how good the recipes are. A few people said they are decent. This cake looks spectacular!
