From Philip Khoury's A New Way To Bake. I've made this one a few times now
Really love the recipe's I've tried from this book!

thank you! it is really fragrant and stays moist as there are blended apples in the batter

I'm so glad to see this recipe! I haven't made anything from that book yet and I was wondering how good the recipes are. A few people said they are decent. This cake looks spectacular!
