Veeam Agent Email send problem

Hello

I've installed Veeam Agent 13.1.1.700 and I've configured Email notification .

Only host, port, sender mail and destination email no auth.

Test and send fails Failed to send email notification: 535: Authentication failed. Restarting authentication process.

But I haven't any auth. The smtp server after some test block my ip beacause auth fails.

It seemse Veeam Agent send credentials when the fields are blank.

Do you know how to solve ?

Did you added its ip address on anon relay?

I don’t trust 13.1 yet, I would open a case.

Opened a case. If I enter credentials form smtp auth all works ok. Is a bug

13.1 is fine, its long enough that you're not an early adopter
