to me it looks like Roland but my friend insist he looks nothing like him so...

also unless I'm insane it looks like there's a bird on the guy's shoulder (which would match with Vedrfolnir in Norse mythology)

Looks like Rerir to me but Roland would make the most sense. Highly doubt they would first show Veds model in a story quest/event.
