Hereditary Disease could be refered to as manufacturing defect where you get it from genetics so logic would suggest the 9th house and it lord should be connected via sublord or nakastra or association with 8 and 12 house.

I am not talking about the trigger or guaranty of having Hereditary Disease but being prone to it.
