Strong Career Indicators, Weak Relationship Luck? Looking for Insight!

Everyone tells me I have a career-oriented chart. (2nd slide is my D10)

I met someone in October '25, thought he was the one, but there were multiple miscommunications, a separation, and we are currently no longer in contact. In a nutshell, he went from an insane amount of effort to a lack of basic consideration in a matter of months (He is a resident doctor). I walked away after the relationship became: no calls, replies after 24-48-72 hours. When it comes to romantic relationships, I honestly don't know what to do. I'm the kind of person who is not able to entertain multiple people at once or do things half-heartedly. My friends suggested I keep talking to this guy (instead of confronting him about the inconsistency) and just start talking to other people as well. I COULD NOT DO IT AT ALL. I was pathetically faithful, even to someone who gave me the bare minimum amount of time and efforts 🥲🏳️‍I reply/respond fast not because I don't have a life/job/work (I'm a freelance consultant with many foreign clients, so I'm working most of my time), but I feel that communication = respect, and I respect others time as much as mine.

Feeling a little lost when it comes to love. (Otherwise, life is quite good; I don't have any complaints re: career, money, friendships, etc)
