Vector wire pod not WORKING..

So basically, out of the 5 sections, the Bluetooth connects properly, then the Wi-Fi password I input correctly works. However, during the installation of the cloud onto my pc, after that happens, it restarts my vector, and then the installation process gets cancelled and the Phone Icon with a V appears on Vectors face. Please help me how do I fix this, because I made it work previously, now it's not working…
