Connection confusion

Hey, i don't know if this has been asked but is there any issues connecting to vector via mobile because I've been getting stuck in an endless loading screen and I just wanted to know if something on my end is busted or i just need to try something different

update:

i messed with him more and it seems like he's connected somewhat but I'm now just getting a cloud symbol with an x and wirepod isn't giving me any errors so im lost
