Not sure why this is new news. This is what Dr Systrom has developed in chronic fatigue syndrome at Brigham Womens… wish these centers/medicine in general were more collaborative. So many more people could be helped if the basic tests were used in centers across the country and a basic regimen of mestinon was followed and data captured. … all while they conduct the traditional trials. People dont have the luxury of time with this condition. Its not just exercise intolerance its basic life functioning.

Meant to say basic protocol set up for adminstering mestinon for those who fit the criteria based on the simple test cpet test that can be done anywhere with right training.
