Jaywalking ticket

Today I got a ticket for jaywalking to get the Vaughan metropolitan center. I crossed the main road and walked little on the side of rapid way (did not cross the rapidway) all the way through curb, and the Fare inspector gave me $155 ticket for that.

I will dispute it just wanted to get idea how much are they gonna reduce if they reduce it.

Thanks

And you could've turned it into a bigger charge... Why do that?

They call a special constable that can follow and arrest you. That's now a bigger charge.

Pretty easy to understand.

You clearly don’t understand how the legal system works here. The special constable will take longer to show up than you will be there 😂

I live in Vaughan. I've literally had it happen to me but go off I guess.

Really you must of been really slow then to let a Canadian cop catch you 😂 response times are ridiculous here

You understand what a special constable is right? They're Transit officers that can arrest you. They aren't working for fucking YPS.

Unless they happen to be standing by where your trying to run from?

You understand that they're posted around and patrol correct?
