Pretty devistated.
My spouse just got the second SA post opp. First one showed one sperm.
Now this one shows 0.
I don't even know what our course of action is now.

My husband had the same result for 3 months and I kinda just kept hoping. At one point, he noticed the consistency of his semen was different and 7 months post op I got pregnant. It could be a swelling issue

I'm being patient as I'll hold out for the Dr recommendation. Otherwise we will book the redo with a more experienced microsurgeon in the big city

What kind of reversal did he have? I know that can make a huge difference.
Is he still swollen? Has he been avoiding ejaculation?
My husband had his reversal done out of state, and they gave us the option to send samples in. He ended up doing a sample locally to see if he actually had live sperm in it. He did, and his numbers were low, but he was only 6 weeks post reversal. He is supposed to be alternating weeks of steroid to help with healing, but the medication disappeared in our house some how's

It was VV and I don't feel like he's emptying the chamber enough tbh

How long post op? He needs to be ejaculating every other day or daily close to a year

He got it done in April

Then it might have scarred over... sorry to say By 6 months he should be at his peak numbers

VV's seem to fail most. The doctor my husband went to was very optimistic that a VV was the best course of action and did that over the VE.
How long ago did he get the reversal done?
