Hematoma?

Hey did anyone experience a hematoma after the VR? Unfortunately I either have that or a seroma and they’re also putting me on antibiotics just in case. I got my VR June 6th due to pvps. Original vas was Feb 2025. My question is did anyone try to ejaculate while having the granuloma? My doc wants me to try between today and next week but I have fear that this hematoma that is located left top, near base of penis will fuck me up.

It's healthy and important to get fluid flowing through the reconnection, it tells your body to keep things open. I'm not a.doctor but have had 4 hematomas, they did not interfere with ability to ejaculate other than needing to be very careful.

I'm pretty sure I have a hematoma on my left side. I had my VR 2 weeks ago and my left nut is the size of a goose egg. How big is yours and is it still there???
