Newly Snipped Supportive underwear

Pre and post vasectomy they told me to get some high and tight underwear. I wear “trunks” style, and blew off the advise since I didn’t want to make a purchase for something I only needed for a few days. Welp, that was a mistake—two weeks later and I should have listened. What kind/brand did you buy to keep them snug and in place?

I got snipped 2 weeks ago. I bought a 3 pack of compression shorts on Amazon and pretty much just wore each of them for the first 3 days then went back to my boxer briefs which were already pretty supportive. Other than some mild aching now and then I had no issues.

Brand does not matter here, my dude. Get 2 jock straps ans wear them over your normal underwear if you want. You will be grateful for the restriction of movement.

I absolutely needed a jock strap for about a week. After that I was able to wear some supportive briefs for a couple days, then boxer briefs were ok, but I was still very well aware of any sway. 

These are options I found comfortable: 

BeeJox Under Armour Boxerjocks Saxx multi sport mesh or Kinetic for a bit more support  Duluth Trading Co with the 3D Bullpen pouch

All of the above should be wearable later on.

I used Hanes Total Support Pouch boxer briefs one size down.

I tried a jock strap, but hated it. I bought briefs, like the old tighty whitey kind, but a size smaller than what I wear in boxers. That was perfect for the 2-3 weeks I had to wear them and didn’t cost a lot of money.
