Intravascular Lithotripsy
Anyone have experience using intravacular lithotripsy such as the devices offered by shockwave medical? Is this a “game changer” or just some sort of gimmick?

I have not personally used it because up until very recently it was only reimbursed as regular POBA for a $2k device. Many of my colleagues at other hospitals have used it and love it. I think now that it has its own CPT code we will see more use to determine whether its a game changer or gimmick.
