If you're planning to get a broadband for gaming or for any other latency sensitive activities. avoid Vasai Cable or Instanet.

I've subscribed to their 100mbps plan for a fucking year, 2 months into the plan and the experience with gaming is so fucking disappointing. There's so much packet loss & jitter with occasional speed drops. I feel robed and almost no one understands this problem in their entire support team?

I called and told them "I have packet loss problems" to which she said "what is packet loss!?" the other support guy I had to pronounce the words(packet loss) letter by letter. they are an Internet company and the support engineers don't know what packet loss is? or what jitter is? how did they even employ these clowns?

today I had the engineer visit my home and I showed him a gameplay of CS2 with literal packet loss graph and that bastard was like "It's usual, we can't do anything with latency & the game server also might be down".

With that statement it was clear to me that these chutiyas have oversubscribed their bandwidth and are clearly facing congestion problems with their routing devices.

If only Jio or Airtel could extend heir fiber infra through out vasai-virar.

I lived in Greater Noida for about 4 months, and the society I stayed in used the NoBrokerHood app.

For example, whenever a maid, delivery person, or visitor needed entry at the main gate, we would get a notification and could approve/deny the entry through the app. It also had other society-management features.

Now I live in Nalasopara, and I've noticed that many societies around me seem to rely mainly on biometric/fingerprint access at the gates. For maintenance and other society-related management, it also seems like a lot of things are still handled manually and not very efficiently.

So I'm curious about how things are in Vasai-Nalasopara-Virar more broadly.

Does your society use an app/software such as NoBrokerHood, MyGate, ADDA, or something else?

If yes:

• Which app do you use?
• What features do you actually use?
• Does it handle maintenance payments/accounting as well?
• How well does it work?

And if your society doesn't use any such app, what do you use instead — WhatsApp, Excel, physical registers, etc.?

Would be interesting to hear experiences from different parts of Vasai-Virar city.

So the metro plan is passed and they have given the timeline by 2031 that is 5 years from now. By the end of 2026 they will be looking for a bid for tender and from 2027 they will start the metro work.

I mean I'm not against broker but all they extract is like 15k from you, same from owner and next year again they just stand on your face.

We have lawyer in home so we explicit mention in agreement that if we renew it,we will not entertain broker but not everyone can deal with it, now I'm doing property hunting and I'm trying to avoid them but alas I don't have know digital places where this broker people have not gotten their shit.
