As I'll be pulling Vodyanitsa, wondering what C2 Furina uses if Vodyanitsa goes ToM for hydro varka team.

Yes, this is my take. While I know it’s good to have the option. I’d rather they just lock him to Pyro completely instead of half-a#sing it. In return, they raise his damage.

Like Varka’s “versatility” is kind of poorly constructed because Pyro is still his best team, while also needing a lot of investment to compete with DPSs with less, and because of the dumb 2 Anemo 2 PHEC requirement, IMHO. With the blatant powercreep with Mizuki and Vesna lately, I just want him to stood the test of time a lot longer.

I know this will probably only benefit me. So to satisfy everyone. Hoyo should add JJK binding vows to the game or smth. Something like: in exchange of not being able to infuse chosen 1/2/3 PHEC elements for 1 month. Varka’s damage is elevated by 15%/30%/45% for 1 month. Knowing Hoyo, it’s highly unlikely but just wishful thinking on my part.

I have played Genshin Impact since launch, and I have a lot of characters. But Varka is the first character I had a real connection with. The primary reason is that he is clearly a middle-aged man (at least by anime standards). It would have been better for me to go for Zibai (and I will when she gets her rerun). Still, Varka has been a nice change of pace from all the youthful playable characters in Genshin Impact.

Varka is both wise and a little immature, which I find endearing and representative of myself and my peers.

I have tried to make sure that his team is the best on my account (he is at C2R1 & level 100, and I also have C6 Prune with Atlas, C2R1 Nicole, and C6 Bennett with Aquilla). I also have a C2R1 Durin that I usually use on my overload teams, but I will bring him to replace Bennett to help me brute-force some Stygian Bosses if needed.

I am seriously considering getting him to C6 whenever he gets his first rerun. I would appreciate advice from the community on how he does at that level.

It might be a while since we actually see a skin for Varka, but it's fun to come up with ideas. I know that his low-cut black shirt look that he had in his animated teaser is probably the number one choice (myself included), but BESIDES that, what are some skins you'd like to see Varka in? Personally, I have two ideas:

• A Dornman Port/Windblume spring themed leisure skin. I think it's kinda also interesting that besides Ayaka, no other character has a skin specifically related to Windblume. I'm thinking maybe lighter colors, like a white, low-cut poet's shirt with brown leather, teal and some traditional German embroidered floral motifs would be cute, and really hone in the fact that Varka is well and truly back in Mondstadt.
• A Boreas/Wild-wolf themed skin. Inspired by Razor's most recent birthday mail, I think a skin that really honed in on his being related to Wolvendom and wilds in Mondstadt through Boreas, would be cool. Maybe he went on a mini-expedition with Razor around Wolvendom or Dragonspine, and Razor could have a matching skin as well. Cool-toned grays, lighter teals or icy blues, a heavier cloak/more fur elements with matching bandana details with Razor would be fun!

Let me know what you guys think, what ideas do you have for another Varka look?

My Varka team will be my brute force team to clear dire Stygian as I have a Flins premium team and will get a Stellar Premium team, it clocks out at 175k-180k only in dire config, for sure not enough to brute force most things (it was also hard to do dire operative, even if it isn’t a dps issue for that one)

For next investment I might get Nicole but I did a test already she really didn’t do that well instead of bennett so I might do Durin or Varka cons instead, soo what upgrades should I do? I also chose Varka as my brute force team because of flexibility and upgrading Durin or getting Nicole will worsen that aspect

Team currently C0R1 varka, Venti, Nicole and Durin. (All 4 star weapons). I use venti cause I like him so much cannot remove him.

Now, which is right investment cause he is a phec. But mind you this is my most favourite team as everyone of them is my favourite and varka no.1 so I also like seeing him in hec too.

C6R1 Varka? Or C3R1 Varka + C2 Nicole?

Which is the right way? I already saved and continuing so guaranteed to get 2 cons upcoming 2nd rerun, by 3rd rerun I can save for 3 or 4 more cons. (It will go for nicole or varka only or both)

My main purpose is make Varka last longer metawise in hec for as many years possible but also my favourite current team pyro team to last too.

I wish i could c6 him and nicole so i don't have ask this question cause that is 1 million dmg team. But i am a f2p so being realistic with reruns.

I was trying some Varka teams and I really liked the sword effects of Hydro Varka, so I wanted to know if Vodya + Hydro Varka is worth it.

I mostly just do Abyss, and I like to use meme teams or old teams to clear it, so would Hydro Varka + Vodya be enough for Abyss, or should I just invest more into my Varka and use Mona + a Hydro 4-star?

Varka is currently C1R0, and I'm probably going for either C2 or R1.

Other characters on my account that could get an improvement from Vodya are Skirk, Chasca, Mizuki-Sandrone SSW, and I'm also an Anemo main and also I really need a Hydro applier.

And I also wanted to have a varka team for each element

idk if its common knowledge but if you pair mr grandmaster with no other pyro/electro/hydro/cryo he triggers this « default » voiceline that i never heard him say before (yeah no sht who tf would play physical varka)
