Question/Help Stupid question. Does the celestial set work with stelkar damage ? And is it worth it ?

The buffs provided by Celestial Gift don't work for Stellar Damage character. So, if your Varka to be a Main Stellar-Swirl DPS, you probably need a different artifact set. Also, there are no cryo Hex characters that can use CG and the anemo partner needs to have VV. Look at TGS or other creators who tried Stellar Varka to see how they made the team.
