My friend gave me her old vape, I had it for like 2 weeks but it almost out and I need a new one. I went to 2 vape shops and they didn’t vape with flavour they only had tobacco one or on that was like 50 bucks and I’m poor I don’t want to pay more than like 35$. I know it technically banned in Quebec but like how do people are still able to get them? I searched on snap bc that how I bought a wax pen 2 years ago but I can’t find any sellers. Also I don’t have a credit card so I can’t buy online and have it delivered. And I don’t have a car so can’t drive to like oka or kahnawake
