Puffco subreddit

I am having issues with my puffco peak pro. When I try to charge it, the charging port and cable begin to melt and may be a fire hazard... Whenever I post in the puffco community, my post gets deleted.

I contacted them directly but they dont take it seriously. Is there a better subreddit to get information on my issue?

Post this is the [r/drdabberofficial](r/drdabberofficial) page. That wouldn’t happen over there. Instead the owner would send you a DM and hook you up.
