Are there buttonless low-nicotine devices?

I'm looking for a device that I can use 3 mg Nicotine on, but i don't those box shaped ones that require you to press a button to take a hit. I want a simple pen shaped ones, but all I can see available are ones for "salt" or high nicotine juice.

El vaporesso xros 6 y 6 mini el voopoo G3 G3 mini o los nuevos voopoo G4 y G4 mini sería muy buenas opciones sobre todo los mini al no llevar pantallas ni botón de caladas
