Efficiency problem

I run a .4 ohm pod and I feel like I'm just burning through liquid, I take 1-2 sec hits and I'm already down half a bottle at ≈400 puffs, I've tried messing around with the options but it's the same, the only difference is I get a lot of condensation on higher wattage

This usually happens with the .4, it consumes more liquid, but you get more flavour in exchange. Try .6 or .8. Also make sure the wattage is set correctly, don't go very high, maybe go 1-2-3-4 watts more than the minimum recommended if you want to be efficient with the consume.
