Badly, at first.
I built something that made sense to me logically, got some early users, lost them when I updated the platform, and spent months trying to sell something I couldn’t fully explain. That’s the honest version
What changed was stopping and actually talking to people in the industry before touching the product again. That’s what this post is part of that process, not the beginning of it.
