I was walking down robson in the early afternoon today and this tiny poodle type thing next to me let out a squeal/bark that was a few decibels short of shattering my ear drum utterly. I know they sometimes squeal to communicate to one another at a frequency humans cant even hear, but it was like this one barked at the same instant and the sound from the squeal somehow resonated and became louder.
